Hoxani Traditional Authority Celebrates Heritage Through Cultural Day


Hoxani Traditional Authority celebrated its Cultural Day as part of South Africa’s Heritage Month, bringing together community members and traditional leaders to celebrate and preserve the area’s rich cultural heritage.
The event showcased the importance of culture and tradition through traditional attire, music, dance and other cultural activities, providing a platform for communities to honour their customs and strengthen their cultural identity.
The celebrations were also attended by traditional authorities from across Bushbuckridge in Mpumalanga, as well as representatives from traditional authorities in Limpopo.
Heritage Month serves as a reminder of the importance of preserving South Africa’s diverse cultures and ensuring that indigenous knowledge, traditions, customs and values are passed on to future generations.
