Mpumalanga AgriBEE Provincial Structure Officially Launched
The Mpumalanga AgriBEE Provincial Structure was officially launched and inaugurated on August 14, 2026, at The Capital in Mbombela.
The event was attended by leaders from the Ehlanzeni District Municipality, including Speaker Cllr Khumalo, Chief Whip Cllr Siwele and other councillors. Chairperson of the AgriBEE Charter Council, Mr Phungo, national officials led by Dr Mokoena, and senior provincial officials were also in attendance.
Members of the Provincial Structure were formally inaugurated and received their terms of reference for a three-year term. The structure is expected to play a key role in transforming the agricultural sector, promoting meaningful participation and creating a lasting impact in Mpumalangaâs agriculture industry.
